What counts as an "order"?
An order is any checkout that includes a product with an active order limit rule. If a customer checks out with only products without rules, it doesn't count.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes! Pro comes with a 3-day free trial. You can test all features including unlimited orders and multilingual support.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade to Pro when you need more orders, or downgrade to Basic if your volume decreases. Changes take effect immediately.
Do development stores count toward my order limit?
No! Development stores have full access to all features with no order limits. Perfect for testing before going live.
What payment methods do you accept?
All billing is handled through Shopify. You'll be charged through your existing Shopify billing method.
Is there a setup fee?
